How it Works
Your Meru Health biofeedback device detects your pulse and measures your body's response to breathing exercises, helping train your body to better regulate breathing, heart rate, and stress.
The finger sensor is used in place of the ear sensor and works alongside the biofeedback device as an optional resource for those unable to use the ear sensor.
Understanding Indicator Lights
Blinking Red: Measuring Heart Rate

Connecting your Finger Sensor
- Open the Meru Health app and start a biofeedback breathing practice.
- Sit comfortably with your back straight and prop your phone on a stand.
- Plug the finger sensor into the biofeedback device to turn it on.
- Insert your finger into the gray sensor as shown below.
- The app will connect to the device — enable Bluetooth if prompted.
- A confirmation will appear in the app once connected successfully.
Unplug the device after each use to preserve battery!
